1. Clean the area with water, do not use detergents or washing up liquid as these leave residues. 
2. Remove the decal transfer paper (This comes ready applied to the word). If all wording doesn't come clean onto the transfer paper, slowly replace the word back into the backing paper and smooth over with a credit card or similar object and retry. 
3. Apply our vinyl word to your chosen surfice and smooth over the decal with a credit card or similar object firmly with your hand. 
4. Remove the clear application tape from the front of the decal.

Yes ! 

They can be wiped over. If you have purchased a water bottle/ glass label then these are not dishwasher safe. 

Must be hand washed only. 

Yes !

Vinyl's offer a strong adhesive, but it is possibe to remove the decal without casuing any damage to the surface if needed. 

We have found the application of heat with a hairdyer or heat gun works best. 

Majority of our labels have a set price and are no bigger than 3 inches in height. 

We price at roughly £2.00 per word. 

There will also be an extra charge for glitter vinyl of 50p per word. 

Please create one label per Container. For example, if this label is for a sugar jar, just enter “Sugar”. Or if this is for another container like plain flour, enter “Plain Flour”.

As stated in our terms and conditions, the price per word is £2. 

If you order two individual words but place them on the same order with a space inbetween this will not be accepted.

For example:

Basil  will be accepted. 

Basil Parsley will not be accepted. 

If this happens you will be contacted to make an additional payment. If the additional payment is not made for the extra word. 

You will be refunded and the order will not be completed. 

All our vinyl qoutes / sayings are a bespoke pricing. 

The biggest size we do is a 12 x 24 inches.

Before check out you will be asked to approve your design. 

If your design contains any errors we can change them before it has been created. You need to check your design THOROUGHLY and tell us immediately of any errors using the contact us page.

However, if the design has already been created then you will be charged again for the change.
